Refund policy

If you ask within 7 days of paying, and you haven’t downloaded your specification or drawings, we’ll refund your $12.99 in full.

If a technical problem on our side stops you from getting your documents, tell us and we’ll fix it. If we can’t, we’ll refund you.

Because the documents are digital and can’t be returned, purchases are generally not refundable once you’ve downloaded your files, except for the technical problems above.

Extra drawings ($2 each) are refundable on the same terms, as long as you haven’t used them to download your files.

The USPTO’s filing fee is paid directly to the USPTO. We can’t refund it, and we aren’t able to get it back for you.

Contact us using the details in the page footer, from the email address on your account, and tell us what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a few days to show them.

After a refund, your account is closed and you won’t be able to download your files, so please keep your own copies of anything you want.
